Yes. All our customers receive Delivery Confirmation via text, call or email as requested after handing over the package.
Delivery confirmation is also sent to the sender whenever a delivery is completed.
Pricing is calculated based on DISTANCE and delivery URGENCY i.e. Instant, Same Day or Next Day.
We do NOT use any measuring apparatus, if it fits in our box, it goes.
All packages delivered on iJDelivery are fully insured against theft and damages. In the case of damages caused by our riders, we perform thorough investigations and ensure you are adequately compensated.
